Governance

UMOA-Titres’ organizational chart is based on a collegial body which is the Guidance Council. The later is supported by a Supervisory board and a management board. These boards have an active role in the management of UMOA-Titres up to the limits assigned to them by the Advisory board.

Organization

The Agency has its headquarters in Dakar, Senegal. Its organization is streamlined, with a small staff of highly qualified personnel. The activities of UT revolve around the following main areas:

• Analysis and research
• Investors relations,  communication and promotion 
• Administration and Finance
