Arouna SOW is a Statistical and Economic Engineer (ENSEA Abidjan) and holds an Executive Certificate in market finance (FIRST FINANCE Institute), with 18 years of experience in macroeconomics, forecasting, and debt. Macroeconomist at UMOA-Titres since 2019, he analyzes the WAEMU economic situation, fiscal policies, debt, and the sustainability of States’ debt strategies.
